All payments are processed through PromptPay, a secure and nationally standardized online payment system:
QR Code payment supported
Mobile Banking and bank transfer supported
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB)
For Custom Projects - pricing is per project, deposit may be required before starting
6Product Downloads
After payment confirmation, you will receive download links immediately via email and can re-download through your Dashboard (for ready-made templates).
7Refund Policy
Since products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, we do not accept refunds after files have been downloaded.
If there are issues with files or downloads, please contact us within 7 days
Refunds will be considered case by case for unresolvable technical issues
For Custom Projects - refund conditions are specified in each project contract
8Intellectual Property
Digital products, logos, brand names, and all content on this website are intellectual property of ROOMPRINT and are protected by copyright law.
